After you have made your decision regarding the order, we will proceed to include it in our production workshop.
The first stage is to go into our design queue where your designer will create the first model of your furniture.
We will send you our quotations, drawings, and terms for your review and approval.
Once we have your approval, your designer will complete your final drawings (making them suitable for the workshop). Then we will order your materials.
As soon as your materials arrive, we will move your order into the workshop.
When your order is complete we will send you photos to make sure you’re happy before we wrap the item(s) ready for dispatch.
Upon receiving your approval of the photos, we will conduct another round of quality checks on the product before packing it.
To ensure safety, we will arrange the dispatch of the product from our workshop using our own vehicles. Additionally, we will provide you with an expected delivery date.
We hope you love your new furniture just as much as we loved making it for you. At this stage we would ask for some photos of the item(s) in situ along with a review if you’re happy to do so.
